Look on the y-axis as it is the "cumulative frequency of items ordered from a menu".

Read from the 30 on the y-axis, trace the horizontal line till the ogive curve and then drag it down to the time in minutes.

75% of 140 is at 105 items. So read from the y-axis to the curve and down.

Lower quartile is at 35 items (1/4*140) = 21,5 minutes (read from graph). IQR = Q3 - Q1 = 37-21,5 = 15,5 minutes
