CORE RULES:
- 3 LIVES ❤️❤️❤️ (lose 1 per wrong answer)
- 30s PER LETTER ⏳ (visible timer!)
- ENGLISH NAMES ONLY ✍️ (exact spelling)
- 3 SPECIAL ROUNDS ★ (letters inside names)

🚫 PENALTIES:
❌ Local names ("España" → "Spain")
❌ Misspelling ("Brasil" → "Brazil")
