Explicación

Tiene ácido cítrico, por eso es muy ácido y hace que arruguemos la cara al probarlo.

Contiene ácido acético, lo que le da ese sabor fuerte y agrio que usamos en las ensaladas.

No es ácida, sino ligeramente básica, porque contiene calcio y proteínas que neutralizan los ácidos.

Es básico, no ácido. Sus componentes ayudan a eliminar la grasa y la suciedad gracias a su alcalinidad.

Es neutra, ni ácida ni básica (pH 7), por eso es tan importante para mantener el equilibrio en la naturaleza.
