Explicación

El picking es el proceso de seleccionar los artículos de los estantes o ubicaciones del almacén para completar un pedido específico del cliente

Un WMS (Sistema de Gestión de Almacenes) ayuda a ubicar rápidamente los productos porque optimiza la asignación de ubicaciones de almacenamiento, guía a los empleados con instrucciones precisas y mantiene un control en tiempo real del inventario.
