Explicación

¡ Para factorizar x² + 7x + 12, buscamos dos números que multiplicados den 12 y sumados den 7. Esos números son 3 y 4, por lo tanto: (x + 3)(x + 4).

Agrupamos términos semejantes: (3x² - 2x²) + (5x + 7x) - 4 = x² + 12x - 4.

El factor común es 3x. Al factorizarlo: 3x(2x² + 3x - 4).

x² - 16 = x² - 4² es una diferencia de cuadrados que se factoriza como (x + 4)(x - 4).

Primero sacamos el factor común 4: 4(x² - 9). Luego factorizamos la diferencia de cuadrados: 4(x + 3)(x - 3).
