About this activity

Las leyes mexicanas son normas jurídicas que regulan la vida en sociedad y son elaboradas por los poderes legislativos a nivel federal y estatal. Su tratamiento en México implica que deben ser respetadas y cumplidas por todas las personas y autoridades. Además, las leyes se clasifican en diferentes ramas (como leyes civiles, penales, fiscales) y tienen jerarquías, siendo la Constitución la ley suprema del país. Para que una ley entre en vigor, debe publicarse en el Diario Oficial de la Federación y puede ser interpretada por jueces y tribunales cuando haya dudas sobre su aplicación.
