About this activity

La preselección es una fase inicial dentro del proceso de reclutamiento y selección en la cual se realiza un análisis y filtro de los candidatos que han aplicado a una oferta laboral. En esta etapa se revisan currículums, cartas de presentación, referencias y otros documentos para identificar a quienes cumplen con los requisitos mínimos y presentan un mejor ajuste al perfil del puesto.
