Feedback

It is both the employer and employee responsibility to make sure care is provided quickly. The government sets the requirements.

While other parties like doctors or WCB will have input, it is also the responsibility of the employee whether or not they are able to return to work safely. Employers may decide to modify employee duties.

While the employer is responsible to make sure PPE is readily available and stocked, it is ultimately the first aider's responsibility to use it.

While it is the employer's responsibility to supply cleaning materials and training and to develop safe processes for the specific work site, it is the responsibility of the first aider to make sure the cleaning and disinfecting is completed.
