Объяснение

Положительные — это больше нуля; ноль и отрицательные не являются положительными.

Отрицательные меньше нуля; положительные и ноль — не отрицательные.

Противоположные имеют одинаковый модуль и знак отличается.

Целые числа не имеют дробной части; дробные числа — нецелые.

Модуль — абсолютная величина, расстояние до нуля.

Так проще: вычесть меньший модуль из большего и взять знак большего по модулю.

При одинаковых знаках модуль суммируется, знак сохраняется.

Среди отрицательных ближе к нулю выше по значению, то есть с меньшим модулем.

Меньше нуля — это отрицательные.

Больше нуля — это положительные числа.
