Remember, to find the total, multiply the price per kilo by the number of kilos.

Multiply the number of mangoes (12) by the price of each (₱5). 12 x 5 = 60 That's how much Aling Rosa earned.

Subtract the cost from the money given to find the change. 100-75= 25

Multiply the number of bread pieces (3) by the cost of each (₱8). × 8 = 24. That’s your total payment.

Multiply 30 by 4 to find the total price. 30 × 4 = 120

Multiply the number of eggs by the price of one egg. 10 × 7 = 70

Multiply the number of bananas (9) by their price (₱5). 9 × 5 = 45. That’s the total price.

Multiply ₱220 by 3 to find the total cost. 3 × 220 = 660

Multiply the price per kilo (₱48) by 50 kilos. 50 × 48 = 2,400

Find the total for each kind of fish, then add them. (5×35) + (3×80) = 175 + 240 = 415.

Add both quantities together to get the total number sold. 150 + 175 = 325

Divide your money (₱180) by the price per kilo (₱45). 180 ÷ 45 = 4

Multiply the number of eggs per tray by the number of trays. 30 × 5 = 150

Multiply first, then subtract the discount from the total. (160 × 6) − 60 = 900.

Subtract the buying price from the selling price, then multiply by 20. (40 − 25) × 20 = 300 profit.

Divide 450 by 9 to find how many mangoes go in each box. 450 ÷ 9 = 50 mangoes per box.

Add the total costs first, then subtract from ₱500. (180×2) + (50×2) = 460, and 500 − 460 = 40

Find how many groups of 3 are in 15, then multiply ₱45 by that number. 15 ÷ 3 = 5, then 45 × 5 = 225

Multiply weekly income by 4 weeks to get the total. 3,600 × 4 = 14,400

Subtract the number sold in the first two weeks from the total. 2,350 − 1,275 = 1,075
