Explicación

Usamos have been para hablar de experiencias en la vida. “Twice” indica cuántas veces, así que corresponde al Present Perfect.

Con she/he/it usamos has. “For five years” indica una acción que empezó en el pasado y continúa ahora.

Las preguntas en Present Perfect se forman con Have + sujeto + past participle. “Ever” se usa en preguntas sobre experiencias.

“Yet” se usa en oraciones negativas en Present Perfect. La forma correcta es haven't + past participle.

“Since” indica el punto exacto en el tiempo en que comenzó la acción. Se usa Present Perfect: haven’t seen.

El participio de “go” es gone. Las formas go o went NO se usan con “have”.

Después de has va un past participle. “Be” en participio es been.

“How long…?” se usa con Present Perfect para acciones que comenzaron en el pasado y siguen ahora.

Present Perfect NO se usa con expresiones de tiempo terminado (yesterday, last week, in 2020). Sí se usa con frecuencia o experiencias.

“Just” se usa en Present Perfect para acciones recién realizadas: has + past participle.
