SITUACION 1: Dilan no quiere hacer una tarea porque dice que es muy difícil.

Explicación

La opción A pone un límite, valida la emoción y permite autonomía sin guiar en exceso. Las otras dos, aunque parecen buenas, mantienen la dependencia: una por dirigirlo demasiado y la otra por resolver una parte.

La opción C acompaña sin generar dependencia y favorece la transición. Las opciones B y C, aunque parecen apoyar, aumentan el control o la vigilancia, lo que refuerza el miedo y la dependencia.

La opción A mejora comunicación, autonomía y responsabilidad interna. Las otras dos mantienen vigilancia y control externo, lo que refuerza la dependencia y no permite que él resuelva por sí mismo.
