1/2+1/3 = 3/6+2/6 = 5/6. Other options are not equal to 5/6.

Multiply numerator and denominator by 4: 3×4=12,4×4=16.

1/4 = 2/8; 7/8−2/8 = 5/8.

Numerator larger than denominator means improper.

11 ÷ 4 = 2 remainder 3; gives 2 3/4.

Divide by multiply by reciprocal: 2/5 × 4/3 = 8/15.

1/3 + 2/3 = 1; other ops give different results.

LCM of 3 and 6 is 6.

Divide numerator and denominator by 50.
