Usamos el pasado simple cuando deseamos decir alguna acción o hecho que ocurrió en el pasado

Como en este caso la oración esta en negativo tendras que usar el did not o didn`t y despues el verbo de manera infinitiva

Al ser 'RUN' un verbo irregular cambia totalmente en pasado y queda 'RAN'

las preguntas en pasado simple llevan el auxiliar 'did' y el verbo queda en infinitivo.

PUT es un verbo irregular por esta razón en forma pasado queda PUT, es decir, no cambia.
