The ideal response here would be saying "Please explain it again". This is a respectful and valid question you can ask to your employers for the given question, and gives them an idea of the information you are missing and how they can address your concerns.

The ideal response here would be saying "Please speak slowly". Like this, in a similar real life situation you can kindly ask your employer to reduce their talking pace and allow you to better understand instructions and conversations, all whilst remaining respectful and polite.

The ideal response here would be saying "Do you mean...". Through this start of a phrase, you can clarify with your employer what the given instructions are and double check given tasks or parts of a conversation which you may be unsure about. Again, here, you are polite and respectful, and can even use this approach together with other phrases you're learning.
