The ideal reaction here would be to say "Sorry, I will try to correct it". Especially in a work environment, it is important that you take ownerships for mistakes you make and also, when you caused the issue, you yourself correct the mistake whilst informing the employer of the problem. This is done to maintain a respectful work environment with trust between the employer and yourself. Like this, both you and your employer can benefit and resolve mistakes effectively without escalation.

The ideal reaction here would be to say "I do not feel comfortable". Like this, you clearly show that you do not feel well in participating in the task posed by the employer or any situation you are in. This is important as it can help employers be more considerate regarding how you feel and can make adjustments if possible to make you more comfortable. If necessary, this can also be used as a way to gain external contact and get help from the people and groups around you.

The ideal response here would be to ask "May I ask for something?". Like this, you can clearly show that you are in need of help, whether you are looking for something, need clarification or are in need of any information. Then your employer or people in your work environment can be aware of your need and can help you solve the problem you are facing. Remember, communication is very important when finding solutions.
