3-years old boy who is unable to walk , he sat supported at the age of 6 months and unsupported at 9 months, walks alone at 18 months, whats your first test to be done

15-years old boy is brought to the Emergency Department by his friends. Having been found unconscious in a club. His temperature is 38, he smells of alcohol and white tablets are found in his coat pocket. He does not respond to pain, his eyes are closed and his pupils are dilated but reactive.
