Present Perfect is formed with has/have plus the past participle.

Present Perfect shows relevance to the present, i.e., result now.

Yet appears in questions/negatives; already signals completion; just means very recently.

Just refers to a very recent moment.

Already expresses anticipation or surprise about completion.

Yet commonly appears in negatives and questions.

Experience questions use present perfect: Have you ever...

Been to = you have experienced it; Gone to = you went but are not here.

How long… asks about duration up to now, using present perfect.

Since marks a starting point; For marks a duration.
