the ta marbutah normally makes the same sound as the ha unless it was in Idafah ( possessive ) state

when the word is a nound the alef maqsurah becomes a regular alef if a letteris added after it

in verbs the alef maqusrah becomes a yaa if letter were added after it

taa marbutah in ( possessive state ) changes only in sound to a regular taa
