“Usar inteligencia artificial en educación siempre significa hacer trampa.

Explicación

Un buscador encuentra páginas web que ya existen. La IA generativa crea contenido nuevo — texto, imágenes, código — que no existía antes, usando patrones aprendidos de millones de datos. Son tecnologías completamente distintas.

La IA puede "alucinar": inventar datos, citas o hechos que suenan muy convincentes pero son falsos. Siempre hay que verificar la información importante con fuentes confiables.

Si los datos de entrenamiento reflejan prejuicios históricos o sociales, la IA los reproduce e incluso los amplifica. Por eso el uso ético y la revisión crítica son fundamentales al usarla.

La IA puede usarse como herramienta para aprender, por ejemplo para entender temas, practicar o generar ideas. No es trampa si se usa de forma responsable y se cita cuando se utiliza en un trabajo. Se considera trampa solo cuando alguien entrega contenido generado por IA como si fuera totalmente propio sin reconocerlo
