Explicación

Es una condición del neurodesarrollo que acompaña a la persona durante toda su vida. No se busca una “cura”, sino apoyos para la autonomía.

Viven en nuestro mismo mundo, pero lo perciben y procesan de forma diferente.

Para una persona con autismo el mundo, a veces es un lugar caótico. La rutina es un mapa de navegación.

Solo pequeño un porcentaje tiene habilidades extraordinarias. La mayoría tiene perfiles de aprendizaje variados, como cualquier otra persona

Sienten emociones de forma muy profunda. Su dificultad radica en cómo expresarlas o en entender las señales sociales no verbales de los demás.
