Explicación

Se trata de anormalidades por daños durante la espermatogénesis, se observan dobles cabezas

Es una de las iatrogenias más comunes, la decapitación de los espermatozoides

El enrollamiento de flagelos suele deberse a fallos durante el transporte y cuando la totalidad de espermatozoides se observa así, suele deberse a shock hipo osmótico, clasificándose en este caso como anormalidades terciarias

Lo que observas, ese pequeño punto en el flagelo es la persistencia de gota citoplasmática, indicativo de células inmaduras
