Explicación

EXW minímiza obligaciones del vendedor; el comprador asume casi todo desde la entrega.

FOB transfiere riesgos al cruzar la borda del buque en puerto de carga.

CIF incluye coste, frete y seguro mínimo hasta el destino.

DDP significa entrega con todos los trámites de importación y costes cubiertos por el vendedor.

DAP: listo para descarga. DPU: entrega y descarga en lugar acordado.

CFR: costo y flete; riesgo al pasar la borda.

CIP cubre transporte y seguro, similar a CIF pero aplicable a cualquier modo.

FCA: entrega al transportista en lugar acordado, con exportación despejada.

FAS es marítimo puro para tráfico por mar en puerto de embarque; no aplica a transporte aéreo.

EXW: mínimo compromiso, comprador asume la mayor parte de costes y riesgos.
