Explicación

Una fracción representa partes iguales de un todo (unidad o cantidad). Se compone de un numerador y un denominador.

El numerador es el número superior de una fracción. Indica cuántas partes se toman, se seleccionan o se están considerando de un todo.

En una fracción, el denominador es siempre el número que está en la parte de abajo e indica en cuántas partes iguales se divide la unidad.
