Explicación

Este octógono advierte que el producto contiene mucha azúcar, y consumirla en exceso puede afectar nuestra salud.

Leer los octógonos nos ayuda a conocer si el alimento contiene exceso de azúcar, grasas o sodio.

Las gaseosas suelen contener mucha azúcar y otros ingredientes poco saludables.
