Explicación

El shock es un estado de insuficiencia circulatoria aguda donde los tejidos no reciben suficiente oxígeno para funcionar correctamente.

El shock hipovolémico se caracteriza por una pérdida importante de sangre, lo que provoca disminución del volumen circulante y menor aporte de oxígeno a los órganos.

El tratamiento del shock hipovolémico tiene como principales objetivos controlar la hemorragia y reponer el volumen sanguíneo perdido, para restablecer una adecuada perfusión y oxigenación de los órganos.

La taquicardia, la hipotensión arterial y la piel fría y pálida son signos característicos del shock hipovolémico hemorrágico y reflejan los mecanismos fisiológicos que el organismo activa frente a una pérdida importante de sangre

La hipoperfusión tisular ocurre cuando disminuye el flujo sanguíneo y el aporte de oxígeno hacia los tejidos, provocando alteraciones en el funcionamiento de los órganos. La disminucion de orina es una CONSECUENCIA.
