Explicación

El Flutter combina PEP con oscilaciones: al exhalar, una bola de acero oscila y genera presión/flujo oscilante para ayudar a movilizar moco.

La PEP se usa en respiración espontánea y la presión positiva ocurre durante la espiración al exhalar contra resistencia.

La PEP puede emplearse con distintos fines: reabrir vías cerradas aumentando FRC, manejar disnea disminuyendo FRC y como parte de limpieza de vías aéreas.
