الفعل يدل على حدث أو حالة زمنية وليس اسمًا أو حرفًا. المفعول به ليس تعريف الفعل.

الماضي يعبر عن حدث حدث وانتهى، مثل ذهبَ. المضارع يذهبُ، المستقبل سيذهبُ.

الفعل الماضي مبني دائماً، بينما المضارع معرب بحسب الحركة الإعرابية.

الفعل أمر مع السكون عند المخاطب المفرد، مثل اكتبْ. الأشكال الأخرى لا تستخدم كأمر للمخاطب المفرد.

المجهول يأتي بتحويل الفاعل إلى مستتر ومبني. أُكِلتُ نموذج مبني للمجهول من أكَلَ.

الفعل يعبر عن زمنه مثل الماضي أو المضارع، وهو مفهوم زمن الفعل.

العبارة الصحيحة أن الثلاثي فيه جذر ثلاثي والرباعي جذر رباعي. يمنح الفرق في الوزن والصرف.

فعل ماضٍ في الفعل الماضي: فَعَلَ. جملة الطالبُ الفعلَ هنا فعل ماضٍ.

الفعل المضارع مبنيّ عند السكون أو الحذف، يَعرب بالحركات عند عوامل الإعراب مثل رفعه.

الفعل اللازم لا يحتاج لفاعل آخر مع الفعل، مثل كتبَ المعلمُ يُعرب بلا مفعول به.
