Feedback

An adjective modifies or describes a noun. The other options are verbs, conjunctions, and adverbs or phrases.

For one-syllable adjectives, the comparative is formed with -er: tall -> taller.

Predicate adjectives follow a linking verb (looks) and describe the subject. In the others, colors modify nouns directly.

Proper adjectives are formed from proper nouns and describe nationality or origin (Japanese).

For adjectives, superlative is formed with -est: brightest.

Comma separation is typical for multiple adjectives before a noun; order often opinion, size, age, color, material, origin, purpose.

Numerals function as determiners or adjectives, indicating quantity.

An adjective of degree describes intensity, e.g., almost, very, extremely before an adjective.

Correct comparative of 'good' is 'better'; 'more better' is not valid.

Gradable adjectives can vary in intensity (long vs. longer). 'Good' is not gradable in that form; 'long' can be graded.
