'On' menunjukkan posisi berada di permukaan. 'In' berarti di dalam, 'at' mengacu lokasi tertentu, 'under' di bawah.

'Through' berarti melewati dari satu sisi ke sisi lain. 'Around' melingkar, 'over' di atas, 'between' di antara.

'On' dipakai hari tertentu. 'In' bulan/tahun, 'at' waktu spesifik, 'during' selama.

'On' untuk posisi di atas permukaan. 'Under' di bawah, 'beside' di samping, 'inside' di dalam.

'In' berarti di dalam. 'In' vs 'on' perbedaan permukaan vs dalam wadah.

'Up' menandai arah ke atas. 'Down' ke bawah, 'around' mengelilingi, 'across' melintasi.

'On vacation' adalah ekspresi umum, bukan 'in vacation'.
