Explicación

Las notificaciones tienen la característica de unilateralidad; no requieren consentimiento para ser válidas.

La notificación personal implica contacto físico entre el funcionario y el notificado.

El estado diario es un mecanismo electrónico disponible en la web del Poder Judicial.

Se cita a las partes mediante avisos en diarios del lugar.

Se aplica cuando no se pudo realizar la notificación personal y se acreditan datos del demandado.

La tácita se presume cuando la parte realiza gestiones que implican conocimiento.

La cédula está regulada específicamente en CPC, arts. 48-49.

La notificación por cédula la realizan receptores o personal designado, con ciertas limitaciones.

El exhorto transfiere la actuación a otro tribunal para su ejecución.

Cuando no se halla morada, se intenta notificar por morada o trabajo, y si falla, se recurre a la sustitutiva.
