El feudalismo es la estructura social típica de la época, con señores y vasallos.

La autoridad recaía en el señor feudal dentro del sistema feudal.

La Iglesia influía en muchas facetas: religión, educación y normas sociales.

Las cruzadas fueron expediciones religiosas hacia Tierra Santa.

Los gremios regulaban oficios y el comercio era clave para la ciudad.

La Alta Edad Media se sitúa aproximadamente entre los siglos V y X.

La nobleza vivía en castillos o fortalezas, no en viviendas modernas.

La vida campesina giraba en torno al trabajo agrario y tributos.
