Present simple passive uses is/are/am + past participle; agent can be included.

Present tense passive with 'are' + past participle.

Correct past participle of sing is sung, not sang.

Object (concept) becomes the subject; agent optional.

Present continuous passive: is/are being + past participle.

General rule: subject -> object; agent optional.

In passive questions, auxiliary moves before the subject (Who).
