Para hacer una reserva a cliente que llega al hotel sin reserva previa realizamos la reserva desde Look to Book Sales Screen.

Las habitaciones deben ser asignadas siempre con antelación a la llegada del cliente.

La única opción para asignar habitaciones es utilizar el botón de Room Assignment.

Opera puede asignar habitaciones manual o automáticamente en función de la disponibilidad de habitaciones y de las preferencias del cliente.

Para hacer la reserva de un salón del hotel utilizamos las House Posting accounts.

Para buscar clientes ya alojados en el hotel, es decir, con estado de checked-in utilizamos la función de “Arrival”.

Las Accounts las asociamos a PM.

La realización de Wakeup call está disponible desde el momento en que se hace la reserva

Las habitaciones puestas en “Queue” además de poder hacerlas el check-in directamente, también puedes darles mayor o menor prioridad de limpieza.
