Explicación

La fracción 1/4 indica una de las cuatro partes iguales de un todo dividido en 4.

Dividiendo numerador y denominador entre 2, 2/6 = 1/3.

Divide entre el máximo común divisor 4: 8/12 = 2/3.

Las denominadores iguales se suman directamente: 1/4+3/4=4/4=1.

Convierte 1/3 a 2/6; 5/6-2/6=3/6=1/2.

Numeradores multiplican entre sí y denominadores entre sí: 2×3 / 3×4 = 6/12 = 1/2.

Dividir por una fracción equivale a multiplicar por su inversa: (3/5)×(10/3)=30/15=2.
