Explicación

RCP en adultos: 30 compressiones seguidas de 2 ventilaciones hasta ayuda.

Si respira, se evita RCP y se posiciona en SOS para mantener vía aérea.

Las quemaduras superficiales se alivian enfriando, sin hielo directo.

Si no mejora con toser, realizar maniobras de desatragantamiento según guías.

Acostar y elevar piernas facilita el retorno de la sangre al cerebro.

Presión directa controla el sangrado; cubrir con apósito limpio.

Inmovilización y frío controla dolor y reduce inflamación.

Durante convulsión: seguridad, no restringir movimientos ni meter objetos.

Lavado suave y cobertura limpia previenen complicaciones.

Mantener RCP continua hasta que llegue ayuda o aparezcan signos de vida.
