Feedback

Displacement is the straight-line change between start and finish.

Velocity is a vector with speed and direction.

Velocity is in m/s.

Acceleration is the change in velocity over time.

Negative acceleration means velocity decreases.

Average velocity = Δx/Δt, using displacement and time.

Instantaneous velocity is the velocity at one moment.

v = Δx/Δt = 30/6 = 5 m/s south.

A speedometer shows instantaneous velocity magnitude at that moment.
