Explicación

Las fracciones equivalentes representan el mismo valor, aunque cambien sus números.

Al amplificar o simplificar conservas el valor.

Expresa partes enteras y fracción de esa unidad.

Numerador = entero×denominador + numerador; denominador no cambia.

Ejemplo: a/b + c/b = (a+c)/b.

Usa mínimo común múltiplo para el denominador común.

Ej.: la fracción de 12 entre 4 es 12/4.

Numerador indica cuántas partes se toman.

3/4 + 1/2 = 6/8 + 4/8 = 10/8 = 5/4.

Si cruzando se obtiene el mismo producto, son equivalentes.
