6 weeks: OPV+ Pentavalent 1 (DPT+ HepB+ Hib) + PCV 1 (Pneumococcal) + Rota virus

10 weeks: OPV+ Pentavalent 2 (DPT+ HepB+ Hib) + PCV 2 (Pneumococcal) + Rota virus
