Explicación

La honestidad es un valor central del Código de Integridad del Servicio Público Colombiano, porque garantiza transparencia y confianza en las instituciones.

La Política de Integridad busca fortalecer la ética y generar confianza en la gestión pública, no solo controlar faltas o unificar procesos

Un servidor público actúa con integridad cuando decide con transparencia y respeto a las normas, siempre en beneficio del interés general.

Ante un posible conflicto de intereses, lo correcto es informar y abstenerse de actuar hasta que la autoridad competente indique el procedimiento.

Fortalecer la cultura de integridad aumenta la confianza ciudadana, gracias a actuaciones transparentes y responsables en la gestión pública
