Responda las 5 preguntas de cada uno de los casos clínicos de pacientes con ERC:
Caso 1: Paciente con DMII. Cuenta con una Fístula arteriovenosa braquiocefálica izquierda. Durante la segunda hora de hemodiálisis, el paciente comienza a referir mareos, náuseas y sensación de debilidad intensa. Se observa piel fría, diaforesis, FC de 112 lpm y PA de 82/48 mmHg. El paciente comenta que desayunó justo antes de iniciar la HD.

Caso 2: Paciente con ERC etapa 5 secundaria a glomerulonefritis crónica. Cuanta con CVC tunelizado. Durante su primera sesión de hemodiálisis, la paciente comienza a referir cefalea intensa, náuseas, inquietud y visión borrosa. Minutos después presenta desorientación y dificultad para responder preguntas simples. Sus signos vitales permanecen estables y no presenta hipotensión.

Caso 3: Paciente con HTA. Cuenta con Fístula arteriovenosa radiocefálica. A Cinco minutos de iniciar la hemodiálisis, el paciente refiere prurito intenso, sensación de calor, opresión torácica y dificultad respiratoria. Presenta ansiedad evidente y enrojecimiento cutáneo.
