Explicación

Las barras muestran la magnitud de cada categoría, no necesariamente una tendencia o distribución.

Cada barra representa el valor asociado a una categoría, no una estadística global.

Los gráficos de barras pueden ser verticales (columna) o horizontales (barra) dependiendo del diseño.

Su fortaleza es la comparación entre categorías, no la tendencia temporal ni la distribución.

En la mayoría de los gráficos de barras, las categorías se disponen a lo largo del eje horizontal.

El eje vertical indica la magnitud de cada barra.

Su mayor fortaleza es facilitar comparaciones rápidas entre categorías.

Con muchas categorías, las barras se vuelven estrechas y confusas.

Las barras muestran valores por categoría, no distribuciones continuas sin agrupación.

Labels claros y un esquema de color coherente mejoran la lectura.
