My home town is Budapest. It’s the capital of Hungary, and it’s a very beautiful place. It is actually two cities, Buda and Pest. They are separated by the River Danube, which is one of the longest rivers in Europe.

Budapest is in the centre of Europe, so it is not dif cult to visit. There is an airport and you can also get there very easily by train.

There are lots of museums and parks and the opera building here is very famous. Outside the city you can take an old-fashioned train into the hills and forests.
